Nestled just a stone's throw from the captivating Punta Rocas Beach, Hamacas offers an inviting retreat that pairs affordability with a unique charm. My recent stay coincided with an enchanting start to the new year, where the spacious double room featured a terrace with stunning sea views, allowing my fiancé and me to relax in tranquility as we enjoyed our morning coffees together. While dining at the hotel restaurant, we were delighted by the delicious offerings, especially the fresh ceviche, which was a highlight of our culinary experience. Although the WiFi was patchy and the room decor was essentially functional, the laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff more than compensated for any minor inconveniences. The outdoor pool area and games room provided a perfect backdrop for leisurely days filled with laughter, making Hamacas a wonderful option for families, as we observed many little ones enjoying the unique adventure playground crafted from driftwood. If you're looking for a budget-friendly getaway near the beach where simplicity meets family-oriented fun, Hamacas proves itself to be a hidden gem.
